TOFU!


Ah, Tofu! Yes, Filipinos eat tofu. This version of Chef Charlie Dizon of Rekados in Vancouver, BC is baked. The dipping sauce is made with soy sauce, calamansi (key lime) & siling labuyo (Filipino chili). If you don't eat tofu, you will like this one. Try it when you visit the city.
